I just did the over the air update, a pretty small download, only about 34 Mb. No Voiceover or accessibility fixes were specifically mentioned, below are the items which were listed: This update contains bug fixes including: . Fixes an issue where some users could not complete setup assistant after updating . Fixes an issue where sometimes alarms and timers failed to play . Fixes an issue in Safari and photos where pausing video could cause the paused frame to appear distorted . Fixes an issue where some users with a custom APN setup via a profile would use cellular data For information on the security content of this update, please visit this website: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1222 I just went to this website and the table of updates doesn't even yet include iOS 9.0.1, the latest one mentioned is Watch OS 2 from the 21st, I am sure this will be updated later today or in the next day or two at which point one can get more details about potential security fixes in iOS 9.0.1. Of course it is possible there are accessibility improvements which just weren't mentioned specifically.
