Hello, I usually use Tom on my iPhone. I would like to use Alex but he has one problem that really bothers me. If a word is in all caps he spells it out rather than reading the word. This makes it difficult to read twitter and sometimes it makes it difficult to read emails. Regards, Greg

There are potentially two places to check. First, Settings - General - Accessibility - Voice Over On and look for the Use compact voice setting. This should be toggled to off if you want to use the high quality voices. Also, continue on into Languages and Dialects and double tap on your
