You can also jus do a 2 finger double tap to toggle between Pause and Play. I found it helpful to label the 5 unlabeled buttons on the bottom of the app. The 5 buttons are Categories, Channels, Favorites, On Demand and Downloads. Remember to label them you just need to use the 2 finger

Yes, you can either use the Sirius XM App, not totally accessible as some buttons are not labeled, but it can be used. MusicDoc is another option, although it doesn't have all of the channels such as Sports Play by Play, but it is totally accessible for VO users. It depends on what content
