Hi, The bard app works on my ipod touch, I downloaded books today and they play. I also transferred several books through itunes and dropbox, and they also play. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app last night, but that didn't help at the time, I'm thinking the people at NLS must have fixed something today. Courtney
