Hi Rose, all Twitter apps I have seen start you at the top of the
Timeline, IE the most recent message.
If you mean you want to get to your last read message and then work your
way up in chronological order, Tweetlist is the most consistent app I’ve
found

The other thing to make sure you do is tap one finger in the middle of the
screen when you get back from reading a web page. It should speak the tweet
you were on or at least be close to it. Then you can go back to flicking.
This doesn't always work but it does most of the tine for me.
