Yes go to settings, general, restrictions and it's in there. The default should be 15 minutes. I just restored my phone, and now I'm required to enter my password every time I download an app? I may be wrong about this, but a friend told me one time about some setting that allows things to be downloaded for a certain time before having to re-enter your password. Is there such a setting?
