Thank you for reminding me how to create a greeting in my voice mail. I
actually did everything as you described in your post to me. So, I did remember
how to do it but I wanted to make sure Iwas doing it right and I was. Thanks.

First open phone.
Next go to voicemail.
Next choose greeting.
Then choose custom.
Then choose record and then choose stop.
Then choose save to save your greeting.
