It is truly annoying when using contracted Braille. The way to fix it for
instance in order to correct typos is to put the letter sign, dots 5 and 6,
before the letter you want to insert or type after a pause.

Are you sure braille is set to UEB and contracted braille? You'll need both for
the text you write in UEB to show the correct accents.

language in the voice rotor to spanish as well? It is necessary to do if you
want to also load the correct Braille tables etc.
