Hi all
I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. I was just wondering if
there was a way of adjusting the balance of sound between voiceover and
whatever else I may be listening to/watching on my IPad? For example, if I want
to listen to music, watch videos, or clips on YouTube etc
You can use the volume adjustment on the roter to turn down VO to the
level you like. This will adjust VO without changing the volume of
other audio like music or video or whatever.

Hi if you go to settings, sounds, and turn off change with buttons, this should
allow you to adjust the volume of music etc without affecting voiceover volume.
You could also use the rotor to adjust voiceover volume while listening to
media files.

Hi folks
I may use an ipad 3 that belongs to my employer to ease some tasks in my
office that I must do. If I play music with that ipad, I only here mmono. Is
this normal. Does an ipad only have one speaker or are there devices that
are mono and others maybe more expensive stereo devices?

Yes, iDevices have built-in mono speakers. Unfortunately Apple are
behind the times and choose not to upgrade their internal sound systems.

Frustrated with your Mac, I-device, or AppleTV? New user and want quick
efficient answers? Or maybe you know apple products and want to contribute?
Then come join a list where questions are always answered, and
still, how much sound quality are you expecting from such a small, thin
device? You can't get around the physics involved - you need to
vibrate large amounts of air that then make your ear drums vibrate
accordingly. So, try plugging in some decent external speakers.

Ok, it appears we can play Yatze against each other. Looks like a bug in the

It may be as simple as removing the game and reinstalling it.

That's unfortunate. If your friend could speak English, Hadley offer a
great free course that teaches the rules, notation, some basic tactics
and strategy, and even include an accessible chess set. Perhaps you can
take the course and teach your friend?
Thanks that wasn't what I wanted to do. I wanted to give the contact to my

From the Apple web site:
With AirDrop, you can share photos, videos, websites, locations, and more with

What you need
To share content with AirDrop, both people need one of these devices using iOS

Hello all.
Please, is there anyone who plays this game and knows the rules?

She is not very good at playing chess, but she would like to learn it.

Hi:
Make sure you're picking a game from the first list of games. The next list of
games is for games that you have played in.
If you click on one of those games it will look like that so maybe that's

Hello Chris and all,
thank you for your reply.

pieces, she is just not good at playing it and she is looking for
someone to play this particular game (Chess-vise online) with her and be
patient enough so that she can learn
Hi,
I ordered the individual who needed a set directly from the Apple store today.
They were $29 plus tax. Since we live in Florida I guess that would be 7% sales
tax. They said free shipping and would probably arrive tomorrow. I ordered them

You can do this two ways, by turning down the volume of voice over, or by

Some good Bluetooth earphones can be a great tool as well. I have the

leaving my iPhone in one place. Some good Bluetooth speakers might be a

Many people get confused by the side of an iPad. There are what feels like two
speaker grills of only one is the speaker. The other is the microphone. Full
audio stereo can be gotten via the ear phone jack.

After double tapping share contact, you will find several choices.
The two easiest are by text message or by Email.
After you double tap on your choice, then you will need to fill out the to
field and double tap on send.
