Hello, I also have a FitBit one, If you use the My Fitness Pal app with the FitBit app they will sync back and forth. The My Fitness Pal app will allow you to track food and activity, the FitBit app just doesn't have the size of data base for food that My Fitness Pal. Thats why I use both.
