Deleting music/books off my iPhone.

Ok, here's what I want to do. I have 64 audio books in my iPhone under music/more/audio-books/audible. I want to delete them because I can download them in my audible ap. I can't see them in iTunes to delete them and double-tapping and holding the second tap won't let me see the delete button.
