You can delete an individual podcast episode in Downcast by focusing on the
name of the episode double-tap and hold the second tap until you hear three
small clicks. You then do a one finger flick to the right and there will be a
delete button as well as a few other options.

Using Phone Drive, when I attempt to play any mp3 or m4a file from my DropBox,
Phone Drive says downloading and then the program exits. I am using VoiceOver

I tried this experiment as well. I discovered that I could not always flick on
the lock screen and have VoiceOver speak the mail button. If, however, I used
explore by touch, instead of flicking, I was always able to locate the mail
handoff button just above the unlock button.

from National Braille Press. Also, Mystic Access has an excellent Apple Watch
tutorial done by Lisa Salinger.
