Hi Mary,
I just asked SIRI (with my phone locked) to "Call Mastercard". I have them as a
contact entry with the toll free number for customer service. SIRI said
"Calling Mastercard" and after the call connected I had the keypad right there
where I could enter my card number etc.
I guess it is possible that the keyboard is hidden and you just see the name or
number of you are calling, the call duration and then you should also have the
following buttons on the screen:
Mute
Keypad
Speaker
Add Call
Facetime Video
Contacts
End Call
As you probably guessed, tapping on "Keypad" will bring up the keypad.
If that doesn't work at all or you are not seeing this you may have to unlock
your phone and if a call is in progress you will have a "Touch to return to
call" message at the top, I think it's on the left side of the screen
underneath the Signal strength.
Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: Accessing the keypad after Siri makes a call
If you tell Siri to place a call, and he actually does it, then you need to
access the keypad to deal with one of those menu systems, how do you do that? I
have found that you can't just call up the phone app if you need to access the
keypad, and when Siri makes a call, he doesn't automatically call that up. Is
there a solution?
Mary
