Since it is terrible on 15, I can’t imagine it being much worse!  It has been 
broken for over a year and a half, and Doordash knows about it, obviously not 
important to them.

It really needs improvement: you have to scroll back and forth and even go to 
the middle of a page to see what you’ve missed because of how as you go deeper 
into a menu it will repeat what you’ve already seen. Someone said that if in 
the middle of a menu you do it two finger triple tap but you will get 
everything in alphabetical order, but that doesn’t work for me consistently in 
restaurants even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Way back it used 
to be so much better.

I've been able to use it pretty well. It seems a bit sluggish, but maybe
once there's a Doordash update that may be fixed. It's still annoying that
it gives the time the order will be arriving, like 5:55 PM, instead  of
like on Android, where it says "ariving in 10 minutes" or so.

I had no issue placing an order using the app.  Where do you find the reorder 
option?  Is it when you go to the restaurant you ordered from?

These days that seems to be about the only thing you can do with the app.  It 
offers you the opportunity to reorder things you ordered before.  the last few 
things you ordered are listed at the beginning of the menu choices, and there 
is an orders tab at the bottom where you can review previous orders and you are 
given the option to reorder.

We find grubhub the most accessible. It works pretty well accept when it 
doesn’t show you items you’ve selected as in vegetable sides for a dinner.

These days that seems to be about the only thing you can do with the app.  It 
offers you the opportunity to reorder things you ordered before.  the last few 
things you ordered are listed at the beginning of the menu choices, and there 
is an orders tab at the bottom where you can review previous orders and you are 
given the option to reorder.

Has anyone noticed that it is becoming more divvicult to use the Door Dash app.

Now I find that it is almost impossible to scroll through food menus either 
using explore by touch or flicking. Even using the scroll bar doesn't seem to 
help this, and it's like being stuck in a loop.  At present i can only use this 
app to order things that I have previously ordered.

In addition to these problems, we have moved, and the only option for updating our address seems to involve using a map. Fortunately, the place where we live has great food, so the tempation to order out is much reduced.

Though not perfect, one solution for Doordash is to use Aira.
Yesterday I used this option, had them help me browse through the menu
and select items. One other time I called Aira, I had already placed
items in my cart and called them for help setting the delivery time.

I was able to find the cart but everything I thought I requested was wrong. I 
ended up going to uber eats and I did call there so-call disability help line. 
The person I spoke with was most empathetic, but English was clearly a second 
language and between her accent and my hearing aids the conversation was less 
than fruitful. I sure hope DoorDash gets it's act together.

So, I opened the app and went to the restaurant I wanted. I found the food, and 
there was an add to order button on the bottom right. There was no add to cart 
or any cart that I saw. If I went back, it just took me out from the restaurant 
I wanted. My husband didn’t see anything helpful either. I just don’t know what 
I’m missing.

I hate to ask for step-by-step instructions, but I think that’s what I need.

I discovered that when I can’t immediately find the cart, that if I start on 
the lower right hand corner and flip backwards, I come across what I think says 
card info, that you double tap on, flick through, and then you can check out. 
I’d have to set up a fake order in order to tell you exactly what to do, but 
the first part is certain.

OK, I figured it out. It is the restaurant that is acting differently. 
Apparently, it’s no longer part of it or something. Glad there’s nothing wrong

There wouldn’t be an add to cart. You add to order and then it will verify 
your total order. There will eventually be a screen that will enable you to 
place the order. I just did this with a local pizza place and ordered three 
meals for my family.

 There wouldn’t be an add to cart. You add to order and then it will verify 
your total order. There will eventually be a screen that will enable you to 
place the order. I just did this with a local pizza place and ordered three 
meals for my family.

So, I opened the app and went to the restaurant I wanted. I found the food, and 
there was an add to order button on the bottom right. There was no add to cart 
or any cart that I saw. If I went back, it just took me out from the restaurant 
I wanted. My husband didn’t see anything helpful either. I just don’t know what 
I’m missing.

I hate to ask for step-by-step instructions, but I think that’s what I need.
