I know in iTunes somewhere, you can turn off the part where iTunes goes off to 
look up track names and instead just uses the track names.  Some times, you may 
have to rename a track from track 01 to it's real name you can get from the CD 
case.  When I told iTunes not to look up track names, I had far fewer problems 
with incorrect track naming.
