Qardio base is the name of the scale. I’m actually not sure if I have spelled it right. I don’t own one, and I did not look at the spelling, except I know the queue is correct. And I don’t know where you can find it. I would suggest trying eBay or Amazon. Plus I think they actually have their own store, but when I went there, before finding mine on eBay, it was something strange about it accessibility wise. And it was actually cheaper on eBay. I was told that the battery compartment should go towards your sholder and the other end just above your elbow. I believe this is what the techs told me a Qardio arm.
