Hi Lori. You can use the built in mic with handy rec, but the app is designed for the zoom iq5, but I will not recommend the mic at the moment, unless you do not mind taking your phone out of the bag when you will use the mic. Hi Anna, What do yu mean taking the phone out of the bag to use the mic? Does this mic work better than the built in mic and how much does it cost? Also,when I record on the handyrec lets say for practice, how do I delete and remove what I recorded if I don't need to keep it? Also, what is effect and what functions does it do and what is falloff and what functions does this do? Thanks. Hi, I am not Annie, but I think she meant to say out of the case and not the bag. Hope I didn't mis-quote you Annie. As for the other questions, you can do a google search for the Zoom iq5 and read all about it and also hear demos of it. And yes, you can delete files on handyrec.
