I wasn't able to do it via iTunes for reasons I don't need to go in tohere.

complete reboot than usual, so you're less likely to have an odd setting

I'd like to upgrade my iPad Mini 4 soon. I decided to avoid the rush. I
understand the backing up and closing all apps with the app switcher, but
why reset network settings? My wi-fi connection is working fine now. What is
