When it tells you to put the Apple Watch in the frame, you want to double tap on the pair manually button. You don’t have to remember the watch name as the phone will automatically have it ready for you. You will have to double tap on that name, then the Apple Watch will give you a code to enter

When I had braille watches I usually broke the glass/crystal every few years. I bought my first Apple Watch, the series 2, in 2016 and back then I bought the stainless steel version with the sapphire crystal because I believe it was supposed to be a bit tougher than the aluminum with Gorilla
