Update today claims Google Lens is now available in Google Photos in U.K. But
when I selected a photo, voiceover could not read any of the buttons.

some do not. A friend of mine in New York has it but no one that I know of, in
California, so far, has access.

When I read through the article, I had the impression that this is a feature of
Google Photos, version 3.15.
I have that version of Google Photos and nothing in it says anything about
Google Lens.

The same thing happened to me. Actually, what I found was Google
Translate's In-App purchases.
