I'm not a voice Dream user, but if this problem were happening to me, I'd
ask myself if I had made any changes recently that might provoke this
behavior. Since Notifications may be the problem, have you changed any
settings relating to other programs you use?

Terri, if you use Facebook, and have not turned off background app refresh,
Facebook, especially messenger will continue giving you notifications in the
background while you're doing other stuff.
