Updating my watch went just fine. I have not had any problems. My watch is not behaving anything like yours. I can swipe around the screen just like before just fine. I would recommend 2 things:
* I would do a hard restart of the watch. * If that does not work, then I would reset the watch back to factory settings. You could also give Apple Accessibility a call or take it to your local Apple Store.
