Hi! Tom: I would say that you might wish to check to find out if your iPhone, and Apple watch are paired. If they are not synchronized correctly, then you may need to re-pair the iPhone, and Apple Watch once again. Also, my tip concerning the apple watch would be, always place your apple watch on charge each evening/night before you go to bed, that way you will be able to keep it powered up, and working properly.
