Google voice works really well on the iPhone. There's one called Burner,
but not sure how accessible that one is. Burner is cool because you can
purchase a dedicated number which you can change two times per month
which offers unlimited calls and texts. And you can also purchase
disposable numbers which expire in a few days or a week depending how
long you want it. A lot of people will do the disposable numbers if
they're selling something on offer up or one of those apps.
