TapTapSee does as good a job as any of them.
Plus, it tries to say what the pattern is.
Another one to look at I think is called inspector. But, color identification
with the iPhone camera is a good guess at best since it depends a lot on
lighting and won't likely be as good as a stand-alone dev

I was using the SayColor app with my iPodTouch and IOS9. I'm
graduating slowly to an iPhone SE and IOS10-something-or-other, and
find that SayColor doesn't work with this new-to-me iOS. What are
y'all using for color identification?
