Re: question about a couple of iOS 10 default settings

2016-10-12 Thread Robin Frost

Hi,
Funny you mention the first question as I just ran into this after a recent
reset myself. So as per my experience at least you're right the positioning
of these two was reversed in earlier incarnations. And yes isn't the new way
of moving things around just a glorious joyful thing of beauty? I love it.

Subject: question about a couple of iOS 10 default settings

First, when I did the reset by going to settings, general, reset
and then reset home screen layout, I noticed that mail was in the
top left on the first page, while messages was in the doc.
Didn't this used to be the other way around before iOS 10? Or, at
least, wasn't messages up in the top left corner after doing that
reset? Of course, with the new way to move apps around now, it
was very easy to put things back to my liking.

Second, just being curious here, but, does anyone know what the
default speaking rate for VoiceOver is in iOS 10? Since I've only
done the over the air update from iOS 9 to iOS 10 on my 6S and 6S
plus, and I'm too lazy to just do a complete reset on one of my
phones, I don't have this information.
