Hi Ioana, Voice recognition as a security feature I think at this point would be premature. When you call the Aeroplan travel awards customer service line they ask you to say your Aeroplan number and whether you are the member or calling on behalf on a member and they use the responses to "confirm your voice print". It usually works OK, but sometimes if you have a bad connection , lots of background noise, if you are on a Voip line or have a bad cold it does not recognize you.
