Have you modified PATH and PYTHONPATH in order to run vmtk from the
command prompt? In that case, it seems that you have missed to set the
correct paths for VTK. Have a look at vmtk-startup.bat in the vmtk
installation directory for some clues on which paths that needs to be
set.
