Hi Jonh, The address portion of the Server specification may be enclosed in square brackets in IPv6-capable VNC Viewers, to allow IPv6 addresses to be passed to them. DNS names resolving to IPv6 addresses do not need to be escaped in this way, however. Regards, -- Wez @ RealVNC Ltd
