Our server restarted un-provoked the other day and now for some reason the VNC Listening Viewer will not work. It gives the following error: "Unable to bind listening socket: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. (10048)" The problem is I've removed it from the server completely (including searching the registry) and put it back on, but I still get this error. The only other time I've seen this error is if someone else has been running it in their terminal services session. It's installed on Server 2003 and the version we're using if the RealVNC v1.4.2 Free Edition. Any suggestions would be greatful.
