ANI Network seems to be having a bad day. Some calls complete quickly,
others have a long PDD before a 503 reject. Called the NOC to open a ticket
and the person said they are having lots of issues ongoing.

Dunno about anyone from ATT being in here; but, can say that ATT is having a
wider outage than just 256824. We’re getting rejects from them across the
board.
