For termination, I'd say Inteliquent wins for full coverage and we haven't had any tickets with them. They pass my manual dial tests for hard to reach areas with low PDD and excellent audio quality. Bandwidth's OnNet partial coverage is solid but I've not had good luck with their full coverage
