Mr. Rossi has identified a EMF anomaly that he calls "strange power" emanating from the Hot-Cat that he has yet to explain. Since the Hot-Cat was unshielded electromagnetically, did you make any attempt to examine the Hot-Cat for EMF emissions including magnetic, electrostatic, radio frequency, charge buildup either positive of negative. If any such tests were performed, will the energy provided by this anomaly be calculated and included in the COP calculation and where will these results be found? If these tests were not performed, why not?
