The detection of this camera effect at first baffled me until years later I considered that a time differential between the primary and secondary might exist as an explanation of how the camera "accidentally" starts taking a picture of the neon during the zero crossing point of voltage obtained from that air core secondary;but more then this a study of its cyclic appearance in time dictates the change in these relative frequencies by comparison. [Already somewhat familiar with heterodyning effects made from the 666 machine involving 3 phase pancake coils tuned in mutual induction at 1/6th cycle interference where there the appearance of an extra cycle in time mixing with the line inputs as an extra airborne induction then occurs every 24 cycles] Such a machine with correctly placed secondaries serving inert gas bulbs for illumination will easily show a more pronounced time differential of a shinking of time reference points on the outputs to 5/6ths of our normal measured time, leading to the speculation that time is being converted to energy in the voltage transformation. For the rest of the world not having these more complex time distortion devices, they must be content to explore the more miniscule effects inherent with 60 hz resonant circuits where here I have concluded a tenth of one percent time distortion.
