First lets look at what already has happened. I found this on quora to
cite as a
precedent.https://www.quora.com/What-were-peoples-first-reactions-to-Theory-of-RelativityOne
way to measure relativity's initial splash is to consider that, two years
after its publication, Albert Einstein could not find employment in academia
and worked six days per week as a patent clerk. Even his 1907 application to
the University of Bern for a starter level academic position was rejected,
despite the fact that he included with his application his 1905 papers on
relativity and light quanta, along with 15 others.
So here I am, two years later after expounding a "new" theory or aspect of
relativity and this is universally ignored. Maybe I should instead start a
church of Tesla to preach this gospel far and wide... The reason for this is
that it is UNDERSTANDABLE. It can be comprehended by the masses and does not
involve complexities beyond the layman's understanding. I would imagine that
this public knowledge itself is like the horns of Jericho in their resonance
bringing down the Berlin Wall of science concerning the subject. So I got a
notice on one of my quora
answers.https://www.quora.com/How-do-transformations-work/answer/Harvey-D-NorrisAs
it turns out they sent me a notice that my answer was sent out to over 1000
others even though the answer itself only has 170
views.https://www.quora.com/How-do-transformations-work/answer/Harvey-D-Norris?__filter__&__nsrc__=2&__snid3__=987483862Not
to be outdone I put a comment there at that site as follows. In summary then
with known capacitive ratios of C1/C2 the reduction or opposite voltage rise
noted in the ratio itself IS NOT AN ACTUAL RATIO OF INPUT/OUTPUT VOLTAGES, BUT
RATHER THE "EXPONENTIAL" RATIO OF THOSE SAME QUANTITIES SQUARED IN COMPARISON;
WITH THE EQUALITY BETWEEN THEM ESTABLISHED BY THEIR DIFFERENCES OF SIZE FORMING
A RATIO BETWEEN THEM. In the 666 machine transformation three phase mutually
inductive interweaved phases are reacted against themselves at one sixth of a
cycle to produce six internal magnetic compressions further causing six
external magnetic expansions to occur at the poles. The nature of reactive
transformations between inductive and capacitive currents and concurrent
energies dictates that this occurs at a 90 degree separation in time. However
in the 666 machine the separation between cause and effect is only 60 degrees;
therefore a 30 degree difference in time exists between the induced signal and
the line input voltage. This mis-balance of input voltages over time causes a
portion the signals combined energies to vectorially combine at 15 degrees and
then continually rotate another 15 degrees for each successive cycle of the
line voltage. vector circle
(https://www.flickr.com/photos/harvich/14992141501/in/dateposted-public/) A
further torsional action in time itself occurs whereby each phase has its
magnetic poles "twisted" in time so they appear 120 degrees apart in time! Now
what we have by measurements of secondary high induction coil step up voltages
and amperages found on the C values which are in turn supplying an equal amount
of energy to their respective krypton and xenon bulbs by deduction of maximum
energy transfer principles is that a paradox ensues whereby more energy in
oscillation is found on the output then is found on the input! By the above
stated observations we can determine the amount of input energy in oscillation
with their equal reactive counterparts by summing the squares of the three
input capacities voltages. The presumed equality on the secondary side also
stated above is "WITH THE EQUALITY BETWEEN THEM ESTABLISHED BY THEIR
DIFFERENCES OF SIZE FORMING A RATIO BETWEEN THEM. The ratios of sizes of
capacities being used on the input and output sides are 272/1. so first we
observe the input side;
primary energy transfer
(https://www.flickr.com/photos/harvich/31004983264/in/dateposted-public/)

21.1 watts
 then the output side;
Output ma's on 6850 ohm reactances=26.76 watts
(https://www.flickr.com/photos/harvich/31002368023/in/dateposted-public/)

So everything remains mysterious until we measure the voltages between all
three phases on the input side shown at
284 degree time circle1

and thus the reader may comprehend something so revolutionary that it compares
to Einsteins general theory of relativity published in 1915, where 100 years
later I first publicized these results, now for the second time a year later,
yet only the readers can comprehend and accept it, as the world of academia
cannot accept these implications of a "localized relativistic effect" where
relativity of frames of reference can be exchanged using compressive magnetic
fields from a 3 phase source to compress the time of the input energy exactly
according to Einsteins predictions (without near light speed separations in
space which is why it is called a localized effect) and then to actually
harness the effect by converting COMPRESSED time into energy. So how do you get
more energy out then you put into it? YOU COMPRESS THE TIME ON THOSE THREE
INPUTS USING THE 666 MACHINE. And what is the proof of these astounding new
demonstrations? It is not merely enough to show the differences between input
and output energy; instead the conclusive proof is brought about by the fact
that the expansion of energy occurs precisely as the RECIPROCAL of the amount
of COMPRESSION of time found on the inputs! This also puts to rest most of
academia’s Einsteinian interpretations that these effects are symmetrical and
not reciprocal. In summo they are wrong and I am right. How simple can things
be to overturn the applecart of established opinion when you can lecture the
public about it and they can learn more about relativity then the established
experts! This is the "Berlin Wall" of science about to collapse under the
weight of common public opinion. Sincerely Harvey D Norris  Pioneering the
