Having a stabilized discharge means the amperage can be measured by
conventional digital amperage meter. Ordinarily since we have two differently
phased power sources,( two secondary high induction coils in series) if we know
the amperages on each sending coil and if we know the amperage on the load
itself this can be formed into a triangle telling us the phase angle difference
in time of the sources. Here the three amperages will not form a triangle on a
flat plane, so the conceptual problem becomes forming the theoretical curved
surface from other evidence whereby the diagram would then fit on that curved
surface. Here however since we have an open ended load this may be the reason
for a lack of sensible triangulation data. 2.5 ma from the polar discharges go
out to a load of infinite resistance. The 4.2nf air capacitor has a ohmic
reactance of some 81,533 ohms at this freq of 465 hz. When this is added in
parallel to the infinite resistance between the tower and 3 ft higher elevated
globe a current of 6 ma is obtained. This is shown on the next video.
