CNN is streaming the broadcast from NHK under "LIVE: Daylight arrives in
Japan."
Just now the announcer stopped talking for moment and then announced
that another quake has been detected, and people should move outdoors
and away from dangerous objects.
So their earthquake warning system is in place. I wonder if they managed
to announce the quake yesterday.
The announcer is now talking about the nuke at Fukushima and the fact
that people within 3 km were ordered to move. P.M. Kan just ordered
everyone within 10 km to evacuate . . .
It seems there is now a "tiny amount" of radioactive material leaking
from the plant.
Move along folks . . . Nothing to see here . . .
