In a recent comment regarding the new Chinese experiments, Hank Mills in the
Rossi Blog reader notes the apparent influence of magnetic fields on the LENR
process.

The nuclear spin states change with magnetic field strength, and, IMHO, via
resonant coupling, give up energy with a loss of mass in small spin energy
quanta to the lattice electrons, with all reactants in the same coherent
nano-sized structure. One would expect to see very rapid phonic changes,
(heat) in the Ni nano system lattice with deformation or melting of that system.

The rapid changes in the Chinese experiment associated with direct current
changes (with its magnetic field) were too fast to be induced by temperature
increases, according to Mills.

A dispersion of the reactants within a good high temperature magnetic heat
conductor may make for a good fuel system. That would allow isolation of the
nano structures so that high temperatures would not change them and make them
sterile. Nano scale melting within the dispersion reactor element would be
allow per design. In this way a larger, long life reactor could be designed
with control being accomplished by moving the fuel or the magnetic field as
desired. Control of the power output could be accomplished by changing the
extent of the magnetic along the fuel system.

Axil--

Thanks for that important heads-up.

My thoughts on what is warranted:

1. EM monitors to measure nuclear magnetic spin transitions covering the range
of energies expected for spin state transitions. The instruments should be
able to create an overlying H magetic field to provide the capability to change
this field and the resulting B field within the reacting material. This is
warranted to determine the material (nucleus) responsible for any observed EM
emission. MRI technolgy—nuclear spin quantum energy states as affected by a
magnetic field, polarization of the nucleus in a magnetic field and the design
procedures for MRI equipment are pertinent.

2. An arrangement of several coincident gamma monitors set up like spokes on
a wheel to look for back-to-back .51 MEV photons associated with beta+ decay
of Ni isotopes. The axis of the array should be variable to line up with
magnetic fields and any other geometry associated with the reactor design
and/or the ambient conditions.

3. Instruments to detect spp pheomena, potentially using magnetic inductance
coils to monitor rapidly changing magnetic fields associated with spp solitrons.

4. Probes to monitor phonic energy state changes that occur quickly in discrete
quantum steps associated with electron spin energy coupling to loss of spin
energy nuclear mass.

At 1:05 into the video near the end, National instriments states that they want
to support the development of cold fusion by developing tools that researchers
need to produce data from which theories can be developed.

National instriments wants MFMP to tell them what tools they need to solve the
cold fusion issue. It is time to reach out to National Instriments to get
everything required to make progress in MFMP experiments.

Dr Truchard the founder of National Instriments has supported cold fusion
research for years, offering LabView software free to all researchers in the
field. Last year, LENR featured prominently at NIWeek 2012, the National
Instruments showcase of their new products and solutions for scientific
research.

Its now time that MFMP enter into a partnership with National Instriments so
that they might get their share of National instriments free experimental
equipment and technecal support.
