Dr. Green is a former analyst at the CIA's Office of Scientific and Weapons Intelligence, and the CIA contract monitor assigned to the Stanford Research Institute project. He worked closely with Hal Puthoff, Ingo Swann, Pat Price and Russell Targ at SRI.
