This would be interesting from calorific point of view. If it is possible
to boost or disturb the phase change process fast enough this can be work
as a heat pump.
This is essentially the "SWAG" device of Murray-Smith. It is a salt water and
graphene electrolytic storage battery with high energy density. Video on YT.
