Random thought: Americans are largely Sino phobic. Maybe that's useful: a cold fusion gap with the Chicoms. We must catch up! Not being entirely facetious here. I know "the media" dumps on LENR, but they really have ZER0 loyalty to any position they seem to be taking. It's whatever works for them at the moment, and having the Chinese getting ahead of us in tech areas has a little kick to it. IOW, the angle might help increase the chances for the publication of articles on the possibilities of LENR if it were pursued through significant (gov funded) research.
