http://www.angelfire.com/scifi2/zpt/temp/BeforeAfter.jpg Now, I would like to plate titanium oxide nano-particles. These are non-conductive. How can I plate them? I friend suggested that I place them on the surface of JB weld. It's conductive. The nano-particles would make nano-holes in the plating. Could this work with cold fusion? Hopefuly we shall see.
