Now, I would like to plate titanium oxide nano-particles.  These are 
non-conductive.  How can I plate them?  I friend suggested that I place them on 
the surface of JB weld.   It's conductive.  The nano-particles would make 
nano-holes in the plating.  Could this work with cold fusion?  Hopefuly we 
shall see.
