There was an on-line debate between Morrison and Pons and Fleischmann. It was later published in Phys. Lett. A. It can be found here:
http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/Fleischmanreplytothe.pdf On p. 17 of this document, Pons and Fleischmann quote Morrison saying something he did not say: “It is interesting to note that the Fleischmann and Pons paper compares their claimed power production with that from nuclear reactions . . .” I wondered where that disconnect came from. It turns out they were quoting an earlier version of Morrison's statement. A letter from Martin Fleischmann dated September 21, 1993 included the earlier draft. So, I attached this earlier draft to the end of this document. - Jed
