Invention   secrecy orders are  still routine.   Thirty-nine (39) new ones on 
private (non government funded) entities) issued in one year.  This may 
adversely affect open science, particularly in LENR and other strategic- 
related energy R&D IMHO.

The only reason he was planning on running at that temperature was because he
was planning on capturing radiant energy using solar cells. I doubt the
temperature really needs to be that high.
