Did yum also installed the votca-tools package?
And can you post the output of 'ldd /usr/lib/libvotca_csg.so.0'

I installed the votca on Fedora 14 (yum install votca-csg) and it
seems good. But when I try to use the csg_gmxtopol and other commands.
The system just keeping give me the information:
