You can reorder the route and ABF programming as a work around.

Yes, I have 1G hugepages on container. Can you tell me how to use native vpp
virtio? How can I use it to connect container to host. I don't want to use NIC.

I suspect that this is due to IOAM decap being broken in 18.01+. Removal of
IOAM metadata added at the IOAM decap node depends on the ACL match whose
