Codenomicon to validate TCP implementation before each release (more than 1M

You can only update the FIB from the main thread.
Send [rate limited] events from the workers to the main thread to do this, e.g.
arp_learn().

VPP is a data plane. It would be the responsibility of a control plane to deal
with running configuration data store.
