Apologies, DPDK build failure is not valid. wipe-release fixed it for me.
One help still required would be a sample config for using the rdma-core

FYI,
Some help on this fix is necessary as build now fails with DPDK 18.02.2,
because of this patch

So that temporary workaround of using the old DPDK may not be possible now,
unless you want to use an old master HEAD of VPP.
