Please attempt to bind the VIC device(s) manually - to uio_pci_generic - using
dpdk-devbind.
Until / unless that works, there isn't a chance that vpp will drive the
devices. You may
ind those interfaces. I tried all drivers that you
mentioned and still nothing.
