I'm trying the kernel-vs2.6-2.6.12.2vs2.0rc6-rl4 (

start a vserver in it. I user the vserver-utils I just built (See my last
thread) after commenting the test section in the SPEC file.

Because testme.sh output is correct, I suspect the startup scripts.
Can you check that this directory exists :
/etc/vservers/.defaults/run.rev/
